Delivering great customer service is critical to the success of your business. When you deliver amazing customer service, your business will get noticed for all the right reasons. This will help increase business revenue & your customer base. 

However, the question remains, does your business offer great customer service? You will need to collect effective customer feedback and process that information. This will allow you to identify your business weak & strong points. You must be prepared for some negative feedback. Assuming the feedback is legitimate, you must work to correct the issues & implement processes to prevent issues in the future.
