Do you deliver customer service or do you provide customer service? There is a difference between delivering customer service and providing customer service. Customer service is something all business does, but some simply offer it but do not deliver it consistently. Customer service should be delivered consistently. Customer service is too often just left on the shelf as a nice thought but not done everyday.
